So I bought pink hair dye from walgreens the other day. and I was wondering since it came with a bleach kit should I use it? I'm only doing underneath my hair and maybe my tips. I dye my hair black all the time, so thats why I'm wondering, or just I just leave it black and then dye the pink over the black?
you have to bleach it pink is lighter than black and for that reason, will not show up over black hair dye to get pink you need to bleach your hair to a blonde/yellow colour maybe light brown depending on your natural hair colour and what shade of pink you want but you cant just dye over the black, the only thing that shows up over black is black and sometimes blue youll need to bleach your hiar lighter to get pink to show up and bleaching ruins your hairs health, strength and shine so its best to get it profesionally done

And lemme tell you this... That black is going to be hard to take out. Since it will stain your hair follicles... my advice... wait until your natural hair come out.
if you don't then the pink won't really show up(probably won't show up). you get the best results if you bleach it first.
well the bleach didnt work very well, but its more of a redish but yet it still looks awesome. :)
