How do you personally get your daily workout in?

Wake up early and do it in the morning, gets it out of the way quick and you don’t need to worry about it for the rest of the day. Plus it boosts your metabolism for the day which is alway nice.

i try to go to the gym most days, but if I dont manage it I dont mind that much, because I live on a hill, and I have to walk everywhere, so I spend a few hours everyday walking up and down hills

I run everyday after work, I used to have to work out inside because it was Winter, but now that it’s Summer here, I can go outside haha

i wake up at 5:30 sit up, hit the snooze button, sleep for 5 minutes and repeat until 6. repeat until 6:20 then thats 10 sit ups and arm stretches every morning.

Whenever I feel like it. My only rule is I HAVE to do 30 minutes a day. I generally do it in the afternoons, because I get up at 5 to go and study, so the mornings is pretty much out for me.
