how would youreact if your ex kept your wedding ring and lets your daughter where it every day.?
The ring does not mean anything to me.But it has diamonds that my mother gave me. please help.
I’ve Neet been in this kind of situation but if your own daughter is wearig shouldn’t that be ok? Do you feel like the ring is yours and you want to keep it? Discuss it with your ex.
If he gave you this ring but is withholding it from you he’s technically violating the law. The law views rings in association with engagements/marriages as payment to fulfill a contract. Once you get married, you’ve held up your end of the agreement and the wedding ring legally becomes yours.
If you feel really attached to the ring to the point where you don’t want your daughter to wear it, you can sue for the recovery of the ring.
Maybe that person is still emotionally attached and why don’t you try talking to him regarding this matter? are you not in talking terms?

Is she wearing it because she wants to be reminded of you everyday, or is she wearing is because it had diamonds in it and sparkles? I don’t see the big problem with your daughter wearing it, but if it’s legally your ring, then you can get it back.
