Do not worry much about it. I do not have period for a whole year after giving birth. Doctor said it was no problem. It is likely to happen specially when you breast feed the baby. Doctor said it has something to do with hormon.

Answer #3

Sounds pretty normal to me.

Answer #4

It can happen- it does take a good few months for a lot of women to settle back into a regular routine, so try not to worry too much. Just make sure that, even though you may not be menstrusting as usual, you still use birth control if you do not wish to get pregnant again at the moment, as you can still easily fall as you may ovulate at any time. It is not unusual at all, but if you do not get one next month again then you could contact your GP or health visitor just to get reassurance.

Answer #5

Your hormones will be a bit carzy, so being a bit irregular is pretty normal. Especially if you are breastfeeding, as this causes increases in both prolactin and progesterone, both of which affect fertility and therefore your menstrual cycle. Things will settle down eventually.
