cause you have a fear of eye contact, I use to be like that til my friend helped me just practiced looking at your friends just bit by bit like even just for a few seconds at a time. then eventually you will get over it
Being shy, plain and simple, or if you were hiding something or lying, but then you’d know why.
I’m the same, I can’t make eye contact with people I’m not used to. It’s mostly because I’m a little bit shy xD You just have to practice. I’m a waiter so that REALLY helps me because I’m forced to look at people. Just try little by little to force yourself to look people in the eye and eventually you’ll be able to.
I’m the same too…. I just look at their noses LoL No one has called me out on it yet!!!
