well i get anxiety attacks which suck, it feels like my breaths arent full enuf and i just try to breath in more but it never gets full.
about panic im bipolar, some days i panic soo much about trivial things like my mom leaving me and moving on to the next shop in a mall and start throwing fits
I had panic disorder and generalised anxiety for about five years. It was horrible, just leaving my bedroom was a huge struggle. Im a lot better now. I still have an anxiety disorder, but its not controlling my life, and I am a lot better at handling it. I rarely have panic attacks now.
I use to have heaps of panic attacks. I would have them on public transport and I ended up going to the doctors and they put me on this medication called "zoloft" it has calmed me down so much. But I only know that they sell it in Australia. Dont know about any other country.
i have a panic disorder, im curently geting therapy and seeing a psyciatrists. its improving but i still get panic attacks weekly.
my mom has panic disorder. but she went to therapy for it, but when i was younger is was alot worse but now she is ALOT better
I'm meant to be getting therapy but I just cant bring myself too it.
Are you on medication?
