What should I do for an ovarian cyst that's bleeding into my abdomen?

I went to the doctor today, thinking my appendix had burst. And we ended up finding out that I had a large cyst on my right ovary that’s bleeding into my abdomen. Any tips? or ways to help the pressure and bloating in my stomach?

Did the doctor not advise you about this? I can’t imagine he would just send you home with no information … a bleeding cyst can result in all sorts of complications. Has he given you antibiotics or told you to take anything for pain? I would question the doctor if he couldn’t provide any answers.

afaik bleeding means you go to the operating table to remove the cyst. the complications are endless let alone the fact the cyst is large enough to have burst, or the fact it may be a malignant tumor which is now going through metastasis….

you should be in a hospital bed right now, not at home!
