Ovarian & cervical cysts

Ultrasound has shown that I have cervical cysts, but too cloudy to see ovaries. I suffer from severe abdominal pain, dizziness, fatigue, feeling too hot, shortness of breath and nausea. What does it mean if it’s too cloudy to see the ovaries?

I don’t know about that.. I’ve had ovarian cysts and it’s hard to tell the difference between that or your appendix. also, it can hurt so bad that you can’t move.. and I’ve had someone tell me that the only thing you can compare it to is labor pains and possibly worse.. it lasts a few days, and it’ll either burst or shrink. best way to control ovarian cysts is birth control.
