  well... it could be your hip bone.. did you fall or anything? if it's more in the abdomen area it could be your intestines or you could have a cyst on your ovary.. I think it's time to consult a doctor!

  Well it could be basically anything, go into the doctor's office, and get an x-ray.. :]
