Ok I have two weeks to lose weight for a field trip to a water park and I really want to look good for my boyfriend you know lol but I dont know what really how to start but im trying to lose about 10 pounds right now I weight about hmm 117 or 118 around there but I want to lose more to look great in a binkini im 14 and im not to healthy but im willing to do what ever and I want to make my stomach like flater but kinda muscular I guess lol but can someone help me please?
I don't think you are being realistic in trying to lose 10 pounds in two weeks. You would be better off trying to lose 1 or 2 pounds a week.
You don't say how tall you are so it's impossible to determine if it is healthy or not for you to be trying to lose the weight.
Also, if you want to do something, do it for yourself. Don't try to change your body just because someone else wants you to. You have to live with yourself and you must be the one to decide what is right, practical and healthy for you.

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.
But it's not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.
You look great now. Just don't gain weight.
