Odd discoloration

I have some weird spots on my penis and testes that have a brownish color. Well, my testes have the same color but are more like freckles. No, I am not sexually active but I do masturbate…well quite often. Is this related?

might want to go see a doc about this problem. I know If it were me, I wouldn’t mess around if you get what I’m saying! lol

Um this might be TMI but my fiance’s is the same thing. If it’sa birthmark looking thing, it’s fine. If it just popped up like a rash, you may want to see a doc about it.
