When I was in high school, I ate super healthy like no fast food or chocolate worked out everyday and got up every morning for a run and I looked and felt go of. Since I moved away I have been lazy and eat nothing but fast food and candy and junk all the day and don';t work out I am not fat but I am ery unhealthy and not strong. I want to be strong and fit and happy again, how do I regain my motivation?

Set yourself goals of 1 week; 2 weeks; 1 month; 3 months; 6 months; and a year. As you see yourself accomplishing the goals your motivation will become more natural and easier.
id remember that good feeling and stick with it. I work out a lot but im kinda bad at the food thing but im getting better. I think if you really want it it wont be that hard
try to eat healthy for 2 weeks and you wont crave anything but healthy food.
