How can I keep motivated to excercise?

I start to exercise, but I completely lack motivation. Everytime I try a new sport, I do a few lessons, then I don’t have enough motivation to carry on. I dont know what to do and I’m gaining weight because of it.

Well if you can’t do it yourself have someone do it with you. You can always have someone with high motivation to help you out. Like a coach that constantly pushes his pupils to do well at the sport. Get a friend that’s well built and have him/her school you on workouts. No one said you have to do this all on your own so you might as well bring a friend.

Don’t make this into an agonizing task that you don’t want to do. If you want too you can play a game like soccer or basketball, they’re both enjoyable and help you build up muscle and lose fat. I must warn you though that before you decide to lose weight you check to see if you really need to lose weight at all. A BMI calculator might help but a trip to the doc can be much more useful. Lastly, weight is all about how you hold it. You can be overweight but still be very attractive.
