Will highlights look the same?
im dying my hair blonde but people say no dont dye it just get a lot of highlights and it will look the same. and not so bad when it grows out. will it look the samee??

high lights are pretty, but everyone looks different in them, if you want to dye your hair blonde do it, but if you want highlights go for those. I don’t see why you wouldn’t want to die your hair blonde if thats what you wanted, and highlights pretty much look the same, does it matter? Anyways, I bet either way it’ll look good :):)
