new born pups

I have new pups (Jack Russel) They are 8 days old now and I just watch them sleep a lot , Mom is so good about lickin them I just hope thay are eating enough I suppose they must be they hardly squeek and seem satisfied but Seems like she hasnt been feeding them much yesterday or today, I hope they are ok?? What cha think???

I have a jack russell. she is almost 2 now and she’s still having problems. she pees in the house, she can’t hold her bladder to save her life. she pees when people come over. if you’re really experienced with jack russells (I don’t know if you breed them regularly or not) please help! thanks a lot. :)

I think as long as the mother is excepting them and spending time with them, all is well. My female chihuahua will be with her pups 24-7 the first 2-3 weeks, after that she is with them less and less, takes breaks and then goes back to them, MOther knows best

There prob fine. A lot of times the mother will just look over the puppies when there’s people around.just to protect them. But not fed them. She may not just feed them when your around.
