is the mom allowing them to eat? is she licking them to stimulate them to potty, Is mom doing ok? could the litter be sick from something the mother pasted to them? It is NOT common for a whole litter of puppies not to nurse from there mother. If it is just one pup then this pup could be ill and mom my not want to bother with it. You can try to step in by feeding the pup and stimulating it to potty.
My dog just had babies yesterday and I do a lot of fostering cats and dogs.If your pups dont eat off of mama you need to force feed them right away every 2 hrs get pmr puppy milk replacer and a nurser bottle you have got to get food into them or they will die.If they start getting diahrea it might be they were born with distemper or parvo good luck to you.
how old is it?? and it probaly needs milk from it’s mama.
