Needs to lose weight FAST!

Ok I’m 15 years old and I weigh bout 145 pounds, summers coming up and im totaly insecure about my weight! I can not wear a swim suit while feeling comfortable and that sucks, I need help fast! I want to lose 30 pounds in like 2 months but I really don’t know how to do it, some advice please?

If you want to just run and eat right, but I really dont think you need to. You looked really good actually. Think of yourself as curvy!

You’re so pretty that it shouldn’t matter. You’re at a healthy weight for your age, so stopp worrying and enjoy it.

hmm. I would say run a lot! I don’t know. lol. you dont sound fat… but you need to gain more confidnece. try running 1 mile a day. keep track of the weight you loose so you can see the improvment… eat vegtables, not junk food…

actually that is a healthy weight range for your height but if you really want to lose weight go on a 1200 calorie diet meal plan but no less that that is have 4 ounces of whole grains 2 cups of dairy products 1 cup of fruit 1 1/2 cups of vegetables and 3 ounces of meat or chicken and enjoy an extra 170 fun calories that you can use in junk food or healthy foods and for exerciseing run jog, play sports for at least an hour everyday

it’s not just your weight that counts it’s your hight too… depending on your hight your weight might just be normal. also the advice I will give you might not be helpful at all…

remember that the faster you lose weight, the quicker it is to gain it back.

to be helpful jogging can really help. you’ll get a huge work out and everything. it’s just that you might want to keep track. you don’t want to be too lazy. swimming is another one. swimming is a great way to lose weight and stay healthy. :)
