First off…I am a high school wrestler and weight is a huge issue, I’ve dealt with it for some time now. 60lbs in 5 months is totally possible, contrary to what health professionals might think.

EAT RIGHT, Lean meat (chicken, pork) Vegetables (Preferably green vegetables)

EXERCISE Run Run Run. Calisthenics Aerobic exercises These are all fat burning.

Then build muscle.

Remember to stay hydrated.

good luck,

This is extrememly hard…believe me..but lay of the candy, soda, chips, and kind of junk food..eat lots of vegetables, fruit, and meat. and dont over eat. do not starve yourself either..if you starve yourself…and then you get skinny. then you go back to eating the way you used to..you will gain all your weight back + more than you never had before. so dont starve yourself..big points:

EXERCISE EAT RIGHT DONT OVER EAT DRINK WATER

4 main things.
