well I would suggest doing push ups, sit ups, and running and/or jogging for about a mile a day and drink healthy , and if you can get your hands on it they sell somthing called NOS Pump but get the powder version cause the pills are too big. and since your only 15 cause the doses in half

Muscle mags have a lot of good information in them so investing in those is not a bad idea. If you snack on junk food then I can easily say that you’re getting enough carbs But you do need to increase you protein intake. I’d say somewhere around 125grams of protein a day. Increase your fiber intake as well probably around 40g a day. Work out for about 3-6x a week strengthening and running is not necessary if you just want to put on muscle. I got fat in the army so don’t fall for the ol’ army secrets…mostly likely you will need supplements and it gets kind of expensive so if you’re serious you’ll be need some cash. You’ll see massive improvements within the first month and it will start to slow down but you gotta stay with it to keep getting bigger!

Okay, this isnt going to be easy but here goes

  1. More protein and carbohydates (pastas, fish, etc) 2 lift weights if you want bulk muscle, do 100 pushups and situps a night before bed for athletic muscle
  2. run, your body needs to convert the bad stuff in food to make everything else into muscle and running about 2 miles every other day will help with that. 4.dont stop when you dont notice immediate results, give it about 9 weeks and then see if you notice a difference. Im sure you will.
  3. dont tell anyone about these ancient Army secrets…we might not look as cool if everyone else looks buff too. Solid.
