I dont know what your parents relationship was like and the reason for the seperation, but your mother may feel like she needs to find herself again and start a new life now that theres been this huge change… I’m sure she loves you, but now she needs to adjust to these changes as well. your father was a very huge part of her life and was apart of what defined her just like you are. but you define her as a mother, and the person who defined her as a woman is gone so now she needs to find herself again. maybe this was devastating for her as well and she doesnt want you to see that. and for the strickness–maybe she’s worried that she doesnt have enough authority to keep you in check as a parent–she has a lot of responsbility on her shoulders right now. just be patient with her, this is a huge change in her life like it is in yours and I’m sure she’s very happy to have you with her and your father must adore seeing you every chance he gets of course–youre his child and he cant live with you anymore, or see you whenever he wants to like he should be able to! if you lived with your dad a flipped circumstance might occur–because now there’s a competition between both of your parents for you. before you jump from one parent to the next, try talking it out with your mom, give it some time, and if things dont change then see if things will work out better with your dad.

That doesn’t seem like a mother to me… You’d have to have a court date and prove to the judge you want your dad to have full custody.

Answer #3

call your dad and talk to him about how you feel and if he really cares he will get in contact with some to help you all..good luck
