My new diet program, will it work?

I told my aunt that we will see who loses more weight when we meet in the summer vacation, and I’m doing this for her, cause she won’t move until someone moves her or moves with her or do the same thing I’m doing with her!! this is what I will start doing everyday: I will eat less and from now on I don’t know what fast and junk food means, and no snacks, if I’m really hungrey there will always be an apple waiting in the fridge!! this is how my week will be: Sat: I play tennis from 4-5 Sun: I play basketball, ping pong, tennis, volley ball, at school. and when I’m home I walk around the house (in the backyard) for 30 minutes. Mon: I walk around the house (in the backyard) for 30 minutes, and I skip rope after lunch. Teus: I play tennis from 5-6 and skip rope before I go. wed: I walk around the house (in the backyard) for 30 minutes, I skip rope after lunch. thurs: I run in the backyard or swim (in the morning) for an hour. fri: it’s a family day, and we have spend time together so it’s a free day!

will I lose so much weight in one month? cause we will be meeting in one month and I want to show my aunt that she has to take it seriously the way I did so she can get the same result that I might get!! what do you think??

its good that your exersizing but just make sure you dont overdue it because you could hurt yourself. and im sure you will lose weight but your the only one who can tell how much because everyone is different. it depends on their metabolism.
