I want to lose a lot of weight, especially over yhe summer so then I can look good for school and stuff, is it safe for me to use this diet and how fast does it work? It says you would lose 12-17 pounds a week, but is that true?
I highly doubt it... Just diet the proper way, healthy and less eating and keep up regular exercise
