OK so Yesterday I went to go get my cat from downstairs (we have 4 floors and I was on the third one, bedroom on top floor). And when I got to my bed to lay my cat down all of a sudden my knee felt like I was having a charlie horse and my bones were moving and shifting. It hurt SO bad. And today I can hardly walk on it, cant stretch it out without total pain and I'm fine and healthy. So my question is:
what happened why'd it happen? and should I be worried?
p.s. Now I have 3 little stretch mark type things, a bruise, and a scrap type thing (dont know what it is) witch makes it look like my bone tried to come out, and my leg is longer than my left one.
I cant go to the hospital, no car, no money. I dont the I can get a full check up w/ a dollar. lol its getting better, maybe I just...sprained it.

Sounds like it came out of joint. You should get it looked at.
