Freaking bruise
I have a bruise on the side of my knee. I have no idea how it got there, and it keeps getting bigger. Why is it getting bigger?
Internal bleeding is, essentially, what bruises are…if it’s growing, definitely call a doctor or visit the school nurse.
you’re not treating it perhapse? or did you bump it against something again?? lol?elevate your knee and put some ice on it!! - 10mins on and 10mins off… repeat for like 3 times… and if you have any aloe?…rub some of it on the bruise to help it heal!
