My best friend - food

Lately I just sit eating and I cant stop myself id even rather stay in eating than go out.. And I just cant make myself .. Im puttin on so much weight.. Please help !! :(

theres probably a deeper reason why you eat you could be depressed or not feel like youve accomplished anything during the day, among other things also people tend to eat more when listening to music and watching tv and in bed so when you eat dont do it while doing any of them now you need to slow down the eating and control your intake try to eat a few times during the day, but never fill yourself up at one sitting eat small portions during the day and snack on healthy things when your not eating a meal…nuts are very good for you try to think of food as a treat as well you could try to make yourself feel like you deserve it especially with junk food if you love it so maybe if you go out with some freinds, or exerscise a bit during the day, work on your hobbies, ect…you can eat and think…”I’ve earned this” also…eat slowly! when you wolf down food you tend to not only gulp down too much air, but youll eat more so eat and chew your food slowly hope this helped you a bit!

You need to start keeping yourself busy as you are more likely to think about food when bored or just sitting around watching TV or whatever. Find a hobby and go for walks or runs everyday. You could prehaps get a part-time job which will also give you more money! Bonus! Chew your food 13 times - even if it’s the tiniest bit! Or at least eat slowly. Also stop eating once your full and only eat when you are hungary. If you do have to snack though make sure that your house doesn’t have any chocolate, crisps, and all other unhealthy snacks in it or ask your parents to lock these away out of your reach. Instead get them to stock up on fruit and vegitables which are low in fat and calories. Also make sure you drink lots and lots of water. Not only is this good for your metabolism(the thing that breaks down thoose calories-a higher metabolism means you loose weight more easily) and general health it will make you feel fuller and you will be less likely to eat so much. Also there are tablets and medicines that speed up you metablism and stop you from wanting to eat so much. One such thing is the pink patch which just happen to be doing free samples at the moment. It will take will power, but try drinking an 8 ounce glass of water first every time you decide to eat something. It will help give you a sense of fullness and may help you consume less.
