My best friends death

My best friend died in a terrible car accident on monday night. I really want to say something at his funeral, but I’m not quite sure what to say. Could you hlp me?

just talk about how great of a friend he was.

If I were to die and my best freind was to speak at my funeral, I would not want him to talk about how sad he was or how great a person I was, the preacher will do that, no I would want him to tell a couple of stupid funny stories that we did together to reflect on my life and also to lighten the mood. Because sometimes thats all people need really.

I would say he was a good person and tell why than say for all we no he is in a better place
