why do my muscles hurt in my legs?
its been a while now i have had this and its getting to the point where it is soo painful. ……. i have a dog (medium size) and when he jumps up at my legs it hurts to the point that i have to rub them to make the pain ease …… if you think about when you have banged your toe on the ie. table , you bounce around holding your foot in the air cursing ……. well this is what the pain is like. another example is if im just sitting on the sofa my cat will come over to sit with me, and if she puts her paws on my legs this hurts to the extent where i have to move her ……. now i know this can not be right or healthy ……… any suggestions??
Anytime pain is that excruciating you need to see a doctor asap. There are several things it could be, pulled muscle, joint pain, a fracture, growing pains..and the list goes on. Only a doctor can truly diagnose you and help you with this problem though.
yeah i know i just thought i could get some advice about it, i know its not a pulled muscle as it is both legs and they dont hurt all the time, i do suffer with joint pain but dont think its related, defently not a fracture, and i hope im not growing anymore lol im 24 thanks for the advice and think i might just have to make that appointment………. thanks
You could just be sore from excessive exercise or just exercise you haven’t done in a while. Usually, if it isn’t anything serious, you should just stretch even though your muscles hurt. Once your legs are flexible or at least more flexible than normal, they shouldn’t hurt anymore.
yOU MAY Have pulled one.. im not the best at this or maybe if you were on it to much.. you may have pulled it.. Hmm
