No, but they charge a small fee when you receive money using their service. Usually, it's only cents...but the higher the amount you receive...the larger the fee. For example: Last time, I received $190.00 through PayPal...they took out a small service fee of $5.00...so, I ended up receiving $185.00, instead of $190.00.
