Miscarrying

Went to the drs and had a ultra sound the baby was fine but iam still himg cramps and bloody discharge and a huge chunk came out what is going on

If a “huge chunk” came out, most likely it’s a miscarriage, although it’s not impossible that the baby is still fine.

How long ago was your ultrasound?
