What is there so I can prevent sneezing and sore throat?

im like semi sick :P…and usually when I have da sneezing..I get da sore throat..so what can I do t0 prevent any of it? because I really don’t wanna get sick because im going to colorado trip this thrusday!!

thnx so much :D ah no wonder..when I transfer classes some have da heaters and da other ones have da ac on :P…but thnx anywyays :D

I find if I tilt my head back and gargle with Listerine if I’m getting a sore throat helps to kill the potential bugs before they get to work. With the sneezing part, maybe keep yourself warm and have a jacket or jumper on hand especially if you are going from one warm room to another cooler room, the temperature change could trigger your sneezing.

gargling with warm salt water really helps a sore throat feel better, 2 tsp salt to 1 cup hot tap water.
