Making sure that you have a healthy intake every single day, is quite important to make sure that you are fit and healthy as a horse and for the same you might need to have an eye on the diet pattern that you are consuming on a regular basis. So here are some of the things that you have to do to keep track of the food that you are consuming. Keep a diary of what you eat every day. This way you can balance the calories if you have over-loaded yourself that day or underplayed with your diet. Make sure that you eat only when you are hungry. On the other hand, you can also make a weekly timetable of the food that would consume and this way you will not fall off the line.
