Okay. If your answer to a math problem is .07 and you have to round to the nearest hundreth, would it be 0 or 100.. I"m confused!
The first number to the right of the decimal is in the tenth, the second number from the right of the decimal is in the hundredth.
The 7 is already rounded to the hundredth - is there supposed to be another number beside it?
If you're rounding to the nearest hundreth and you have .07 then your answer is .07
If you have like .076210 then the answer would be .08
If you have .0723709 then your answer is .07
any thing over 5 you round to the nearest # that they want like higher so if it 5678 or 9 so on and so forth neasesr 100 if its 1234 its 0
I think your answer should be 0.08 if your rounding to the nearest hundredth.
