How can my skin look whiter without the constant application of makeup?

if you mean you don’t want to put foundations on and stuff, trying wearing darker eye makeup. lol just throwing out ideas.

oh, and put brown eyeliner by your bags. don’t put on a lot though. then blend it in with your finger. just remember that if you put on to much, it will look like your “drugged up”

Wear a dark brown eyeliner and mascera since your hair is kinda brown. With your skin tone don’t do black because it looks un-natural and natural always makes your skin look better. If you don’t want to put on makeup just wash your skin in the morning and before bed, throw your hair in a pony tail when you sleep, and wash your pillows 1 time a week. That’ll kep reduce acne and keep it from being red and inflamed. Drink lots of water.
