Make up help(:

Ok soo, when ever I put my make up on in the morning it looks amazing, but when I get home my foundation is like faded away in some places and stuff .. I wash my face in the morning, apply face moisturizer and apply my liquid foundation followed by powder. I’ve tried different foundations and everything. Any help with keeping my foundation from fading or looking “blotchy”? Btw, I cant refresh or touch up my makeup at school, I dont have time between classes and what not. Please helpp(:

During your morning makeup time, apply only a small amount of moisturizer be really careful to not apply to much! warm up some foundation with your hands. the heat will increase the makeup’s ability to stick to the skin. Finish with loose powder to get rid of all extra oil then apply your regular make up. Try some on the oil removing sheets .

The Moisturizer is most likely your problem. Do you have exremely dry skin? Is it really neccasary? I dont use moisturizer and my foundation last all day and does not look blotchy. I also use Covergirl Outlast foundation and powder. You should bring your powder to school to do touchups also.

hey a good idea would be to put conceale> on instead of the powde>. Afte> you put that on put a dab of t>anclucent powde> on instead. if the conceale> is a c>eam, its less likely to fade. hope I helped.

maybe it’s the moisturizer, that would obviously make your face kinda moist and slippery, or maybe it’s the florecent lights @ school, kinda letting it fade away. maybe you should put the foundation on, don’t completely blend it in, put powder on top, then put on foundation, that always works for me!

erm use primer before putting it on and put loooads of foundation under the powder to make it ‘stick’ more
