My skins making me self conscious! Help

My skin isn’t clearing up I have spots and blackheads on my face and on my back I also have spots tried everything cannot get rid help me && also my pores are really easy to notice how can I make them less notifying like with a skin tightner or something suggestions?

Try using Clinique’s 3 Step. It’s really good and dermatologist actually sell you the products so, they know what they are talking about.
