... you can't do that healthy... UNLESS.. you take something away... and keep taking junk food.. like chips chocolate and soda.. away... but not all at once or you'll have a melt down. Remember you exersice and eat healthy. Salads... are yummy =D
that would be just under 2lb a wk, which is very possible. cut out high calorie foods, so you can reduce your calorie intake. do regular excercise.
