How can I lose 30lbs fast?

idk how much i weigh now b/c my dad hid my scale b/c i was checking like 100 times a day. im around 125 or 130 lbs [i may have lost weight] and im 5’1 i want to be 95 lbs and im also sick of being a size 6! thats so embarrassing b/c my older sister is lighter than me and a size two! i used to be very thin as a child and had a very fast metabolism, then i think i started gaining weight in 5th grade b/c i got my period then. PLEASE RESPOND WITH ANSWERS!!!

Hi,

The way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.

If you do this as well as drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30 min a day a few times a week, you will see healthy results.
