What's the best way to lose baby weight?

I had a baby 6 weeks ago and I’m geting married in 7 months and need to drop a dress sie and lose a stone in weight. does any one know the best way to do this

Breast feed the heck out of the baby. The milk that the baby feeds on will give the baby extra nutrition and also will contract your stomach too. just like labor pains. Keep on a good diet. No Chips, sodas, candy, eat fresh veggies, fruit, protein, and small incriments, you dont need to eat a large amounts, all day long, eat small amounts all day long. Try some Oatmeal in morning, with a banana, peice of chicken breast for lunch, and maybe some chicken and green beans for dinner. We make food in large amounts on Sundays, and then with kids, and busy life styles, we have food to eat and ready to go any time we are hungry. We make 2 packs of boneless chicken breasts every sunday, and you can eat it with a salad, make it in a burrito, put the chicken in a soup, eat it alone, with some veggies and maybe a baked potato, be creative, and less stress on you, I have 4 children, and I know how hard it is to be hungry and wanting to grab the quickest thing available. Make a large pot of chicken soup and load it full of veggies, (mushrooms, tomatos, onions, celery, carrots, ) you can even make it Thai style by adding some ginger, and I forgot the other stuff, I make it all the time, but I just threw it away so I cant tell you the jar, but I have lost 12 pounds in just a 2 months eating all the soup I want. It is easy to loose weight when I like the food I eat. Make something you dont get tierd of eating. And good luck, Stay away from breads and carbs. or just eat very little,
