how can i loose 7lbs in 2 weeks; im addicted to food and ove tried to go on diets and always fail withinn 3 days, help?

Answer #1

u can always just drink alota water, try to get atleast 15-30 mins of exercise like running or dancing a day, and eat 3-6 SMALL meals a day that way you can increase your metabolism to boost the rate your body burns fat..but it takes dedication.. gotta stay in the mind set!!

And what about after those two weeks? You have to think LONG TERM when losing weight i.e. a permanent lifestyle change.

You cannot lose weight and expect to keep it off without maintaining whatever you were doing.

Other than that 7lbs in two weeks is unrealistic, about 1-2 lbs a week is healthy, more than that and you are just losing water.

To lose weight AND maintain it, eat HEALTH permanently, lots of complex carbohydrates, nuts, fish, vegetables and water and keep it up forever.

I have to agree with ifeelcrazy123! You want to do something that is unrealistic, you cant lose 7 lbs in 2 weeks, perhaps in 3-4 weeks but not in 2 weeks! Losing weight is a life style change forever! A way to keep fit is to change the way you think about food. Its a necessity as fuel is to a car…not to be used as a way to comfort the void in your life! Stay away from all that was written above and try to add a little more vegetables, fruits, dairy’s and wholewheat products! Learn to eat right, cut out certain things from your diet which are not a necessity Instead of pork shops/bacon/ham and high fatty meats try turkey or fish…both have lots of protein in them minus all those fatty extra’s your body doesnt need! Try some more dairy products which are also low in fat…like cottage cheese/and yogurts (also as a snack with some fruit) Dont forget to drink plenty of water. Another thing, keep your eyes on the calorie in take & try to exercise at least 4x a week for 30-40 min’s of just a cardio workout…that will help burn what you eat & boost your metabolism so you feel good all day rather then weak & tired! good luck to ya!

Answer #5

Hey X) Ok, jqpimp is way right on one thing: you have to stay in the mindset. I am totally in the same situation as you right now.. and it’s def really hard!!! If I were you, I would find someone (like bff or somthin) to make goals for u and her and then she’ll have your back, while u got hers =) its SO much easier when u got som1 2 support u. Some tips to get u unaddicted to food:

-it takes 21 days to make a habit(hint hint!)

-make urself a daily checklist to keep you going

-remember your goal, in other words: you know what you want: and you CAN get there. you just have 2 have a little confidence in YOU =)

Hope i’ve helped =)
