What should I do to loose 10kg in a week Im 15 and weigh 74kg?

Im trying to lo0se weight fast I feel big and very fat,I really need help every time I try to diet I gain 2 kg instead of lo0sing it

ok first you cannot loose 10 kg in 1 week it will at least take a couple of months im 14 and I’ve already lost 15 kg and I need to loose 10 more I lost 15kg by healthy eating and exercise, no diets or pills I just ate a variety of vegetables and fruits and havent eaten junk since september last year. Also I do 1 and a half hours of exercise everyday I run on the treadmill for an hour and use the cross trainer for half an hour its really helped me, give it a go and see what changes you’ll have :)

Gain an overall healthy lifestyle. 10KG is way too much for one week, even though you are at an unhealthy weight overall. Instead of losing it all at once slow down, and walk to places instead of taking the car. Get some skates out of bike once a week. Having an overall healthy lifestyle is way better then dropping 10KG so fast. That would be just as unhealthy as the state you describe yourself to be in right now. Best of luck :)

Kayy, first of all, its frigging DANGEROUS to loose 10 kg in ONE WEEK. You have to go Anerexic. Which is baaad. Trust me, I’ve been there, you get bad headaches and shit, so don’t do that. Bulimic is not that good, but at least your eating. Uhmmm… Try just eating not much, like maybe only eat a little bit of something for the entire day, that would heeelp. Yep ;D
