Depends on how determined you are. I'd say a minimum of at least 5-6 months of training intensely for the different events. The best way to prepare is to know what events will be performed and just listen to your body and improve on any weaknesses.
nope just me! My family and friends aren't very athletic and i like to challenge myself so i figure why not train for a triathlon. I am a decent swimmer, biker and runner i just need to work on my endurance and speed some more
I'd say about 6 months, it takes alot to train for those. You have to train for all 3 positions, so divide your time equally. Is it just you, or are there others doing it with you?
Wow, that's a challenge! I give you props. :) Good luck! I'd start training now if i were you. Lol, it takes alot of energy to do something like that!
