Yesterday I jarred my elbow on a trampoline when I over rotated and damaged the soft tissue.. now I can't extend it, put any weight on that arm or hold relatively heavy things. It's also difficult for me to tie my hair up and dress.. Normally I wouldn't mind, but I have a grading for taekwondo next Sunday.. how long do you think my arm will take to heal?
how long depends on the severity of the damage but just remember RICE to help it heal better and faster R-Rest I- Ice the injury C- Compression- use an ace wrap E- Elevate the injury
