Actually Texas gets very cold in the winter…I’ve lived there but it starts getting around 60 degrees around mid-March but it gets SUPER hot in the summer! =O

Probably around the equator, I know areas like Botswana, Nambia, Mozambique etc, never have snow and then overhere in south africa, up north, pretoria, johannesburg, Upington and all those areas also never have snow.
