What would i get in a litter of shichi puppies if i have a long coat male chihuahua and a shih tzu?
There’s no way we can predict that…the puppies could look like one or the other, or be a complete blend of the two.
Like Colleen said, there’s no way to know. (: My Chihuaha actually had babies with my shih tzu. The first litter of puppies she had were all furry like a shih tzu. The second litter was a bit different. One of the dogs was very very tiny and had a brown and white coat that was short like a chihuaha. The second looks like a big chihuaha almost. He’s all sandy white and has a rougher coat. He has the face and snout of a chihuaha but with a flatter head (the mother has a very round head) but with triangular ears but they’re floppy like a shih tzu would have if they weren’t covered with fur. He also has a much stronger body build. Like I said, he’s bigger, more sturdier looking and more muscular like the size of a shih tzu. Hope that helps.
