What are other liquids that provide the same calcium and nutrients milk does?

I can’t drink milk. It makes me want to throw up and makes me feel sick. It’s very sensitive to my stomach. Is there any other liquids that I can drink or any other way to provide my body with the calcium and nutrients without drinking milk?

There are different types of milk, such as soy milk, oatmilk, goat milk etc. Maybe you can try another alternative. Then your leafy green vegetables, such as spinach and broccolli are EXCELLENT sources of calcium and a lot of other nutrients too. Plus it won’t cause any sensitivities such as milk. Also it’s not bad to get a good calcium supplement (make sure it contains AT LEAST calcium and vitamin D because you need other minerals to absorb calcium.
