Which one is healthier? Whats the difference between the two?
really? I hear it helps cause cancer. It does not contain animal fats and it actually lowers cholesterol so its better in that respect. I also quite like the taste of it, but I have heard it give you cancer. There is a link apparently between higher levels of some types of cancer when people eat soy products, particulary breast cancer. Having said that, everything gives you cancer.
Soy is so much better and it has different flavors. As for being healthy, there really isn't much of a difference so it's your choice.
I like soy. It helps keep the immune system healthy. It's said to help cut down on the risks of cancer.
