legion hit the nail right on the head. Quit using dairy products and drink fresh squeezed fruit or Vegeatble juices and you will drop that weight that you have gained drinking so much milk. Milk is not that healthy for you anyway!
Kidney stones are not really rocks...lol Milk is good for you, esp. as a sweet snack, which is wayyy healthier than candy. Milk has also been shown to support weight loss, while fruit juice is just calories a maybe a few vitamins.
thanks guys. but I have another problem. my friend also said that if I drink too much milk than I can get kidney stones and pee out rocks. is this true?
No, the fat in milk is what makes you gain weight. Calcium fortified means they have added calcium, which is good for your bones, teeth, etc.
Strawberry (and Chocolate) milk is very fattening. It has way too much sugar in it.
I don't know about that, because I'm not a doctor but...OUCH!
