Lactose intolerant

is it possiable that some dairy items can upset your stomic while others dont? or would it be all dairy if your lactose intolerany

I have a friend who is severely lactose intolerent and honestly she ate a dorito and she started getting stomach spazims (we found out that it had some sort of milk powder in them but only a tiny amount). She gets better and worse. She went through a stage where she could eat some dairy products but not others depending on the % of lactose content.

It depends. I have a friend who can eat most dairy stuff. But if he drinks milk… oh boy… his stomach really gets upset. So ya just depends on you body and what triggers it for you.

Generally it means all dairy, I’m seeing someone who is lactose intolerant and he cant have anything with dairy at all.

Its usually all but my cousin is lactose and tolerant and she eats ice cream yogurt , and cheese but she only drink lactose and tolerant milk. Found at walmart.

usually when you are lactose intolerant all dairy items would mess up your stomach.
