Your best bet would be to shop at stores designed for big and tall me or shop in those sections are department stores. My father is around 6 foot 5 and must buy all of his clothes from the big and tall store or the big and tall sections for them to fit properly.
My buddy is 6'9 ........... And im 5'7 . Its not fair when he wants to high five me ;P
