Leg fat?

How do you get rid of leg and theigh fat without pills? I have been eating healthy but I wanan get rid of them!!!

Running is excellent for losing the fat. And to prevent from actually building muscle from running STRETCH extremely well after running then you’ll get nice toned legs.

Do some leg excersizes. Run everyday, but be carefull, as running may get you to have muscle.

dont eat pototoes… or anything fried… umm run a mile a day for a week and then 2 miles a day for 2 weeks
